User Detail

The user detail page shows one user's profile, access context, team assignment, wallet, addresses, payout requests, and conditional role sections.
Open it from Management -> Users by clicking a row or using View Details in the row menu.

Header
The header shows:
- User avatar or initials.
- Full name.
- Status.
- Phone.
- Email.
- User type.
- Created date.
- Actions menu.
The actions menu can be used to edit the profile, reset the password, or assign a role.
Profile tab
The Profile tab is the default tab. It shows:
- Wallet Balance: current wallet balance from the detail stats.
- Total Orders: total orders associated with this user.
- Pending Payouts: payout requests waiting for action.
- Active API Keys: active keys connected to the user, when available.
Account Details
Account Details shows the operational identity of the user:
- Role.
- User ID, with copy action.
- Panel type, such as driver, dispatcher, admin, or customer.
- Status.
- Last sign-in.
- Language.
- Login country.
- Tenant.
- Notification status.
- Updated date.
Driver Details
Driver Details appears only when the user has driver details.
It shows:
- Driver status.
- Online or offline state.
- License number.
- National ID.
- Zone assignment or all-zone access.
- Used capacity.
- A Driver Performance button when the driver performance ID is available.
This section is not shown for non-driver users.
Warehouse Assignments
Warehouse Assignments appears only when warehouse staff assignment data exists. It shows warehouse chips for the warehouses assigned to that user.
Permissions
Permissions appears only when the user has role permissions or direct permission strings. It shows the permission names as chips.
Team Assignment
Team Assignment shows whether the user belongs to all teams or selected teams.
Use Assign to a team to open team assignment. When selected teams are shown, you can remove a team chip from the detail page.
Addresses tab
The Addresses tab lists addresses connected to the user.

You can:
- Search addresses.
- Filter by address type.
- Add a new address.
- Edit an existing address.
- Set an address as primary.
- Delete an address.
- Show optional columns such as city, country, contact phone, delivery instructions, and coordinates.

Wallet tab
The Wallet tab shows wallet balances and wallet transactions.

It includes:
- Current balance.
- Total credited.
- Total debited.
- Transaction type: credit or debit.
- Amount.
- Description.
- Date.
- Optional transaction ID column.
Use search and column filters to narrow the transaction list.
Accounting tab
The Accounting tab appears for driver users.

It includes:
- Date range filters.
- Net balance.
- Cash collected.
- Earnings.
- Order costs.
- Company earnings.
- Paid withdrawals.
- Breakdowns for cash collected, earnings, order costs, and support-created transactions.
Use this tab when reviewing driver settlement, collected cash, earnings, and company-side accounting.
Payout Requests tab
The Payout Requests tab shows payout request history for the user.

It includes:
- KPI cards for all, pending, approved, and rejected requests.
- Search by customer name, phone, or reference.
- Status and requested-date filters.
- Amount, wallet balance, order count, status, and requested date.
- Row actions to approve, reject, or view details.
- A Create Payout Request action.
Pending requests can be approved or rejected from the row menu.
Business user tabs
If a user record is marked as business, the detail page can also show API Keys and Webhooks. These are covered in Customer detail, because they are most commonly used for business customers.
