Driver Performance

Driver Performance helps tenant admins understand how drivers are performing over time. Use it to review active drivers, delivery totals, success rate, on-time rate, average delivery time, delivery value, trends, and monthly breakdowns.
Go to Delivery Management -> Driver Performance.

Performance dashboard
Use the Period selector to view all months or one available month.
The summary cards show:
- Active Drivers: drivers included in the current performance data.
- Total Deliveries: deliveries counted in the selected period, with success-rate context.
- Avg Delivery Time: average completion time in minutes.
- On-Time Rate: the percentage of deliveries treated as on time.
- Successful Deliveries: deliveries completed successfully.
- Failed Deliveries: deliveries that failed in the period.
- Total Delivery Value: the delivery value connected to driver performance.
Top drivers
The Top Drivers section highlights the strongest performers by delivery volume and success rate. Click a driver card to open the driver's performance detail page.
Driver Performance Details table
The table shows one performance row per driver and period:
- Driver: driver name and period.
- Total: total deliveries for that driver and period.
- Successful: successful delivery count.
- Failed: failed delivery count.
- On-Time Rate: percentage of deliveries considered on time.
- Avg Time (min): average delivery time in minutes.
- Km / Delivery: average distance per delivery.
- Delivery Value: delivery value handled by the driver.
- Performance: performance score or success percentage.
Search finds rows by driver name or period. Column filters can narrow by numbers and percentages. Click a row to open that driver detail page.
Driver detail page

The driver detail page focuses on one driver.
The profile card shows the driver and the current period. The KPI cards show:
- Total Deliveries
- Success Rate
- On-Time Rate
- Avg Delivery Time
- Total Earnings
- Distance Covered
Trend badges show whether a metric increased, decreased, or stayed neutral compared with previous data.
Charts
The charts help spot performance changes over time:
- Deliveries Trend shows delivery volume over recent periods.
- Success & On-Time Rates compares completion quality and timing.
- Avg Delivery Time shows whether completion time is increasing or improving.
- Earnings Trend shows delivery value or earnings over time.
If a driver has no history, a chart can show an empty state until more deliveries are completed.
Monthly breakdown
The monthly table shows period-by-period results for the driver:
- period
- total, successful, and failed deliveries
- success rate and on-time rate
- average time
- distance and kilometers per delivery
- delivery value
Use this table when reviewing coaching needs, workload changes, unusual months, or driver payout questions.
How metrics are calculated
Performance depends on actual delivery activity, delivery statuses, timestamps, driver assignment history, distance data, and delivery value. If a driver has not completed deliveries in the selected period, Ondi may show zero values or no chart history.
Good practices
Compare drivers across similar service types and periods. A driver handling difficult zones or unusual delivery types may naturally have different times than a driver handling short local routes.
Use performance trends together with Exceptions, Assignments, and delivery history before making operational decisions.
