Shop Customers

Shop Customers gives the tenant admin team visibility into the people buying from the storefront. It is mainly used by support, operations, and management teams when they need customer account context, order context, and activity history.
Customers interact with the shop from the public storefront and the customer portal. The admin team uses Shop Customers to understand those customers from the tenant side.
In the admin portal
Go to Storefront -> Customers.

The Customers page shows customer records with account details and table filters.
What to review
Review customer details when answering support questions, checking account issues, or understanding shopping behavior. Useful information includes customer name, email, phone, account status, recent activity, related orders, delivery issues, review history, and support context when available.
The customer list is not where you configure the public shop. It is where you understand who is using it.
Support workflow
When a customer asks about an order, start from the customer record and move into the related order. From there, review payment status, order status, delivery status, and any product review history.
How this helps operations
Customer data helps support and operations teams answer questions faster. When a customer contacts support, your team can review the customer's order history, delivery issues, and account details instead of searching across separate systems.
Where customers use it
Customers do not see the admin Customers page. They see their own account information in the customer portal, including order history, addresses, and other self-service areas. The admin view helps the tenant team support that customer experience.
