Account, Status, and Vehicles

Account, status, and vehicles illustration

The Account tab shows who is signed in and what operational setup is connected to the driver. Drivers should check this page when work is missing, vehicle capacity looks wrong, or dispatch asks them to update status.

Admin setup

Driver profile fields, assigned vehicles, team membership, zones, and availability rules are managed from Drivers, Vehicles, Teams, and Zones.

Open Account

Tap Account in the bottom tab bar.

Focused driver account profile and assigned vehicle

The account page can show:

  • Driver photo and name.
  • Email.
  • Driver role.
  • Availability badge.
  • Chat or edit/profile action.
  • License number.
  • Assigned vehicles.
  • Operational vehicle.
  • Vehicle capacity.
  • Teams, zones, skills, languages, or certifications when configured.
  • App settings and sign-out.

Availability Status

The availability badge tells the operation whether the driver can receive or work on deliveries.

Common driver states include:

  • Available: ready for work.
  • Unavailable: not ready for assignment.
  • Other tenant-specific states configured by the operation.

To change status, open the status sheet from the account profile area when available.

warning

The app can block status changes while active deliveries are in progress. Finish, return, or resolve active work before changing availability.

Assigned Vehicle

Assigned vehicles tell dispatch what the driver can use for delivery work.

The operational vehicle matters because it can affect:

  • Assignment eligibility.
  • Capacity.
  • Package volume.
  • Route planning.
  • Zone or service rules.

If more than one vehicle is assigned, one vehicle can be marked operational. Use Set operational only when dispatch allows the change and you are actually using that vehicle.

Vehicle records and capacity are managed in Vehicles. Assignment rules can use vehicle capacity, zones, and team matching from Assignments.

Capacity

Capacity shows how much of the operational vehicle capacity is occupied. It can help the driver understand whether more work can be assigned.

If capacity looks wrong:

  1. Check whether the correct vehicle is operational.
  2. Confirm active orders, waybills, trips, or route sessions.
  3. Ask dispatch to review the driver vehicle setup.

License And Profile Details

The license number and profile details come from the tenant admin driver setup. Drivers usually cannot fully manage these from the mobile app.

Contact dispatch or tenant admin when:

  • License number is wrong.
  • Vehicle is missing.
  • Profile photo or contact details are wrong.
  • Team, zone, skill, or certification is missing.

Sign Out

Use sign out when:

  • Your shift is finished and your company requires it.

  • Dispatch asks you to refresh your session.
  • The app shows stale or incorrect data.

Do not sign out in the middle of active work unless dispatch tells you to do so.
