Order Lists, Filters, and Columns

Order lists and filters illustration

Dispatcher order queues are available in the map side panel and in the full data table. Both views help dispatchers find the right order quickly, but they offer different controls.

Use the list and filter tools before taking operational actions. This reduces mistakes, especially when many orders have similar customer names, zones, or statuses.

Map Order List

Map order list

The map list shows compact order cards. Each card includes the delivery code, customer, carrier type, current status, pickup point, dropoff point, warehouse indicator when applicable, creation date, and row actions.

Use the map list when:

  • You need to compare order locations.
  • You need to focus the map on a selected order.
  • You need to assign or review work while seeing nearby drivers.
  • You are filtering by zone or business customer.

Global Map Filters

Map filters

The map filter drawer lets dispatchers narrow the active order list by operational conditions.

FilterMeaning
Delivery StatusThe order's progress, such as pending, assigned, picked up, in transit, delivered, cancelled, or returned.
Assignment StatusWhether the order is unassigned, assigned, picked up, en route, or returned from assignment.
Carrier TypeWhether the order is internal, prime, external, or hybrid.
Date RangeThe time window used to reduce the visible order list.
tip

Use status and assignment filters together. For example, filter to Pending delivery status and unassigned assignment status when building a dispatch queue.

Table Search and Pagination

Table view

The table view supports searching across delivery code, customer, delivery type, and other searchable fields. Pagination controls appear at the bottom of the table.

Use table search for:

  • Delivery code lookup.
  • Customer lookup.
  • Barcode or tracking references.
  • Finding orders before editing, assigning, or cancelling.

Sorting and Column Filters

Most table columns support sorting or filtering. Use column filters when the information is already visible in the table and you want a narrower result without changing the map view.

Common filters include:

  • Status.
  • Assignment.
  • Carrier.
  • Driver.
  • Vehicle.
  • Payment status.
  • Payer.
  • Payment method.
  • Zones.
  • Created and updated dates.

Column Controls

Column controls

Use the column panel to:

  • Show or hide columns.
  • Reorder columns.
  • Adjust compact density.
  • Adjust data/header size.
  • Reset column configuration.
note

The table can include more fields than the default layout shows. If you need address, delivery fee, quantity, notes, external reference, or updated dates, open the column panel first.

Row Selection

Rows can be selected with the checkbox column. Selected rows enable bulk controls only when the selected orders are eligible.

For example, Bulk Assign and Route Assignment require eligible internal orders that are still pending and do not already have a driver assignment.
